Nutritional Therapy
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help uncover the root causes that may be affecting your health. I assess potential nutritional imbalances and lifestyle factors that may be interfering with your well-being. From there, I offer personalized guidance centered on nutrient-dense, whole foods, along with practical food preparation education tailored to your needs.
While I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, I provide education and support to help you make sustainable, long-term changes. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to take an active role in your health and move toward a more balanced lifestyle. I work with motivated adults, supervised children, and also offer family plans.
What to Expect
NUTRI-Q
Before beginning nutritional therapy, you will first complete the Nutri-Q assessment. This software analyzes your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle patterns to help identify potential nutritional imbalances and weaknesses in key body systems, providing insight into how your body is functioning and where targeted support may be beneficial.
Food and Mood Journal
As part of nutritional therapy, my client and I use food and mood journaling to evaluate how diet affects energy, digestion, mood, sleep, and overall well-being. Reviewing these patterns helps identify root causes and guide targeted nutrition and lifestyle adjustments that better support the body’s needs.
Recommendations & Game Plan
Nutritional therapy is client-centered and collaborative. Recommendations are made in alignment with what the client feels ready and willing to implement. Together, the therapist and client create a practical plan, with ongoing support and encouragement to help the client stay consistent in the weeks that follow.
